Due diligence: We work tirelessly to ensure that tenants are contented so that they can pay in time something which keeps our relationship with the Landlord last for a longer time.

Contract Management: We offer the contract for service whereby we become business partners by providing services such as property management, site management under construction, and we are always open to fresh ideas. We take time to understand the management issues that our clients face and to try to handle them amicably. During the contract, we offer customer service together with excellent professional staff.

Rent Collection: We ensure that rent is collected in time and we task tenants to appreciate our role of informing them about the main obligation of any tenant. Besides any other sort of challenges, any tenant must pay rent in order for the Landlord/ agent avail better services. After collection of rent from tenants, we ensure that the collected monies are promptly banked on the land lord’s account as prior agreed as a lump sum. We endeavor to strike a balance between the tenant and the company so that the relationship is guaranteed.

Utility bills management & Control: Most of the tenants are smart to the extent that sometimes they take longer to clear for their bills and later on when they leave the estate arrears are left behind for the Landlord to clear. This act is non-profitable and tries to control the situation by having a routine follow on the bills usage and payment.

Accounting and Financial reporting: At every end of every month, we draft reports on how the month’s activity has transpired clearly showing the amount received and banked on the client’s account. These financial reports can help a Landlord to secure a business loan from the bank and also helps to have a track record of the performance of the estate.

What We Do

We act on behalf of the principal Landlord at all times and we ensure that tenants live in a free tenantable environment by providing the necessary service such as having repairs done and ensure that we retain tenants on the building. We answer all questions that a tenant may need to be attended to. We guarantee security by providing a security guard who works beyond security issues to cleaning the premises and reporting anything that might have happened at the estate.
