After collection of rent from tenants, we ensure that the collected monies are promptly banked on the land lord’s account as prior agreed as a lump sum. Utility Bills Management & Control
Most of the tenants are smart to the extent that sometimes they take longer to clear for their bills and later on when they leave the estate arrears are left behind for the Landlord to clear. This act is non-profitable and tries to control the situation by having a routine follow on the bills usage and payment.
